In the wealth management business, if you ask leaders to name their biggest business problem, you’ll likely hear the same answer: Recruiting talent. Casey highlights that some of our best hires were not actively seeking employment but were connected through past colleagues or acquaintances. By tapping into our network, we were able to fill roles more quickly and identify candidates who may not have been actively looking for jobs.
