Concurrent Cares aligns all its charitable donations with the same mission that drives our business every day. We strive to be advocates for meaningful impact, which holds even more true with the charitable organizations we support and partner with.
At Concurrent, making an impact goes far beyond business. Through Concurrent Cares, we give back by contributing our time, resources, and expertise to causes that matter. Our efforts are focused on three core areas that reflect our values and strengthen our communities.
In January, during our Trailblaze conference in Tampa, our team rolled up their sleeves to support a mission that moves, literally. As part of our ongoing commitment to community impact, Concurrent partnered with OnBikes to build and donate 50 brand-new bicycles for children supported by the Children’s Cancer Center.
OnBikes is a Tampa-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to restoring the confidence, health, and joy of underserved kids by providing bikes to those who need them most. This includes homeless youth, foster teens, and children facing health challenges.
From turning wrenches to tightening handlebars, every Concurrent team member played a part in bringing a bit more freedom and happiness to kids in our community. It was a morning full of teamwork, purpose, and a few grease stains; one we won’t soon forget.

This fall marks the launch of November For Others, Concurrent’s inaugural company-wide initiative dedicated to volunteering and charitable giving. Throughout the month of November, Concurrent employees and advisors from across the country will participate in a friendly competition focused on making a real difference in the communities we serve.
Concurrent Cares makes it easy for employees and advisors to support meaningful causes through a structured, transparent donation process. Whether you’re nominating a local nonprofit or requesting a donation match, here’s how it works:
your organization and request form.
reviews the application and evaluates eligibility.
is shared with the requestor.
are processed and the donation or match is issued.
To ensure transparency, fairness, and a variety of perspectives, Concurrent formed a Charitable Giving Committee made up of team members from across the organization. Each member plays a key part in guiding our donation strategy and ensuring it aligns with our mission.
The committee meets regularly to review requests, discuss impact, and make thoughtful decisions about where our support can make the greatest difference.
At Concurrent, transparency is more than a best practice. It is a value that guides every decision we make through Concurrent Cares. Every donation is carefully tracked, documented, and reviewed to ensure it reflects our mission and delivers meaningful impact.
We keep detailed records of all funding decisions and make it a priority to communicate both our process and our results. Our goal is not only to give back, but to inspire others by showing the difference our efforts can make.
Updates about the organizations we support, the volunteer work we do, and the outcomes we help create are shared regularly through internal newsletters, company presentations, social media, and our website.
By staying transparent, we build trust. By sharing our stories, we build momentum.
Concurrent Cares is powered by the passion and commitment of our people. Whether you are nominating a cause that matters to you or helping us share our story, your involvement helps create lasting impact. Every step forward counts, and you can start right here.
